Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal data Cresico collects on cresico.com and in its service, why, and what you can ask of us. Cresico is a business in formation, operated by its founder as an individual; he is responsible for your data (the "controller"). Contact: the request form or a booked call.
What we collect
- Check-up and start forms: your name, email, links you give us (website, Instagram, LinkedIn), specialty and city, WhatsApp number if you add it, your plan and billing choice, and a timestamp. Used to prepare your Visibility Check-up, reply to you, and send a payment link.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our booking page (name, email, time), handled by Cal.com.
- Email and WhatsApp: messages you send us, used only to talk to you.
- Your country: when you open the site, we look up your country from your connection to show prices in your currency. We do not store it.
- Clients only: the recordings, voice notes, scripts and approvals you give us inside the Cresico app, used only to make and publish your content.
We don't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels on this site.
Public information in check-ups
To prepare a Visibility Check-up, we look at public professional information: your clinic's website, public social profiles and public listings. We don't collect private information, and we never use patient information.
Why we may use it (legal basis)
Your request or your agreement with us (to answer and deliver the service), your consent (ticked on our forms; you can withdraw it anytime), and our legitimate interest in preparing a check-up from public professional information before we contact you.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify (website hosting and forms)
- Cal.com (call booking)
- Google (email)
- Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram messages)
- Railway (hosting of the client app and private storage of client recordings)
- Anthropic and ElevenLabs (AI writing and speech-to-text for client content)
Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Check-up and form requests: up to 12 months, unless you become a client. Client material: for the length of the agreement and as long as needed to archive published posts, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, under the GDPR where it applies and the UAE and Saudi personal data protection laws. Contact us through the form. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
